    Cactuseaters on the Today Show
I am on the Today Show, Tuesday morning (Seriously!) at some point between 730 and 8 a.m., talking, with two other dudes, about male menopause and other issues, including male fertility, etcetera. They taped the segment today. Among other things, they had me talking about aging, talking about my Dad, and at one point I smooched my wife in front of a zillion potential TV-land viewers.

On Tuesday morning I will watch myself and find out how I look on TV. They didn’t give me any make-up (unlike a cable access program in Santa Cruz, where they put so much pancake make-up on me that I looked like Gray Davis.) It was pretty casual and fun, and I got to check out the Big Room where Al Roker and Matt Lauer hang out. Also, they had me use the same throat-microphone that George Clooney used last week.

I am from Santa Cruz, California, and now living in New York. I’m attending Columbia’s MFA program and teaching in Undergraduate Writing at Columbia.

Your piece about the fake fur deception by the leading retailers in the country was devasting to my consciousness for animal rights>Especially about the part where, one species of animal was ok to brutally slaughter for the vainty purposes of people and the greedy pocketbooks of corporations. The best thing you can do is you call your personal friends who put on the evening news ,and see that it gets top billing there tonight.

tommy clay’s parents should teach him that having friends that high-five him because he’s having sex instead of “getting the education” he’s there to get is not such a good idea. Why don’t the parents teach their boys that trophy teachers aren’t the way to go. the kid isn’t stupid he could have gone to his parents and the school officials.

    Dear Meredith Viare

This morning you made me cry, and I want to thank you.
I always thought that Faux meant it was a man made marital and
had no idea it was or could be made from a real animal!
I am a animal lover and would never buy anything I thought would cause an animal to be skin alive. Even if its a Coyote
dose not make me feel any better about it.
Today I am throwing out my Faux Fur Coat and will never again
buy anything that is made of a Faux marital again.
    Thank you for the information.
    Ruth in California.

I look forward to Tim Russert left wing propaganda. Today he criticized the firing of US attorneys. When Clinton fired all of the US attorneys when he became President. Russert said it was a great political move.

The Today Show and Nancy Snyderman and Meredith Vieira did an outstanding job of presenting the rarely mentioned issue of the male biological clock. Dr. Harry Fisch truthfully stated that what is currently in the media about this topic is The Tip of the Iceberg. He ain’t kidding in saying that where we look for a connection with a chronic illness or disorder and advancing paternal age we find it.

This is a vital issue for our country, our future, our children even our safety. Sort of like global warming is for the earth. Keep up the great work Today Show.
